ARTHUR CHENEY
Aged 27, married, family resides Goshen, Ind. In case of injury, notify wife. Formerly with Wabash Railway. Entered service of the C&E as extra brakeman Mar. 9th, 1898. Discharged to reduce the force July 7th, 1898. Reemployed Oct. 23rd, 1898. Granted leave of absence for 30 days from April 1st, 1899 and did not resume work on account of getting work in the Wabash Railroad.
