Suspended 7 days from April 25th for failure to carry out instructions to leave caboose supplies at Huntington yard office for special leaving at 6:30 a.m., April 23rd, 1896.
On Oct. 6, 1902, promoted to freight conductor. On March 14, 1904, assigned his wages to Independent Credit Co., Chicago. On March 21, 1904, assigned his wages to Theo. Van Antwerp, Huntington. On December 7, 1904, garnished by C.J. Furman for balance of $17 on an overcoat bought of Furman during the winter of 1903-04 for $18.00 on which he had paid but $1.00 Notified by HDM 12/26, File 13321.
February 16, 1905, Garnished by C.J. Furman for balance of $17.00 on an overcoat. Was told that another garnishee or assignment would result in dismissal. Notified by HDM, 02/28, File 13321.
March 11, 1905, garnished by Merchants Realization Co. of Chicago on old bill of C.J. Furman for overcoat sold Doudna. Notified 3/17, HDM, File 13321.
