Age 37. Married, resides at Marion, Ohio. Enters the service as passenger brakeman September 22nd, 1892.

Suspended 5 days from June 24, 1893 for allowing his train, 1st 3, June 19th, to back into derail at Decatur June 18th, 1893. Suspended 30 days from Sept. 16th for allowing his train (3rd 2, Sept. 16th) to run out through switch at Lima account no brakes set when engine cut off.

Dismissed for violation of Rule 202 at Chicago February 18th, 1895
