CLARENCE E. BRIANT
Age 21, single, resides at Huntington, Ind. In case of injury, notify father, John Briant, also Col Briant, Huntington. No previous experience, enters the service as freight brakeman, Chicago Division, 8 a.m., Feb. 10th, 1900.

His attention called particularly to Rules 202 through 208 also 228 Feb. 10th, 1900. Discharged to reduce the force March 13th, 1900. Reemployed Sept. 24th, 1900 as a brakeman, Chicago Division. Discharged to reduce the force June 18th, 1901. Reemployed Aug. 31st, 1901 as a freight brakeman, Chicago Division. Resigned Jan. 12th, 1902, was garnished and made assignment and would have been dismissed if he hadn't resigned. Not to be reemployed.
