Age 30, married, one child. Resides Cleveland, Tenn. In case of injury, notify wife. Formerly employed on Plant System and recommended by J.J. Purdon, Trainmaster. Enters the service as brakeman, Chicago Division, July 9th, 1897. Transferred to Lima Division and placed as switchman in Huntington Yard Sept. 22, 1897.
