Age 32, born in Michigan Nov. 28, married, one child. Resides in Huntington. Formerly employed in car shops and recommended by Gen. Foreman P. Fox. Enters service as brakeman, August 8th, 1894.

Suspended 5 days from June 16 for contributory negligence in damage to main track switch at North Judson, June 1st, 1895 by engine 502 on 2nd 90 running through it. Suspended 10 days from July 10 for careless switching at Griffith on 90 of June 15th, 1895, with 3 cars of B&E. Suspended 10 days from March 19th for damage done cars at Hammond by wreckless switching on 2nd 87, March 8th, 1896. Suspended 7 days from August 15 for backing cars through side track derail at west end of Griffith, August 7, 1897.

Promoted to freight conductor, March 8, 1904.
