FRANK A. HITCHCOCK
Age 25, married, no children, residence Hammond, Ind. In case of injury notify "Wife," Hammond. Formerly employed on Pittsburgh Road, Fort Wayne, as brakeman. Entered service of the Chicago & Erie as switchman, Hammond, on November 25, 1896. Had worked as yard clerk from June, 1896.

Had his left arm badly mashed making a coupling at Hammond, Jan. 8th, 1897, which unfited him for yard service or train work, and he was placed as yard clerk at Hammond.
