FRANK ARROWSMITH
Born at Mumford, NY, Dec. 30, 1846. Entered service as freight conductor Nov. 13th, 1883. Promoted to passenger conductor, July 21st, 1886.
Suspended 10 days Oct, __ 1885, was overtaken by engine 35 between Rivare and Decatur and was run into by them. On June 29th, 1889 carried a free passenger Hammond to Chicago without getting pass properly signed on back. Suspended one round trip Oct. 27th, 1892 for failure to endorse pass according to instructions from passenger department. Suspended two round trips from June 25th, 1895 for failure to take up ticket and issue berth check to lady passenger in sleeper Ascot, train 8, May 11, 1895.
