FRANK WALDRO CASE
Age 22. Resides in Disko, IN. Single. In case of injury notify Augustus Case, Disko. No previous experience. Enters service as brakeman, Western Division, July 4, 1892.

Discharged May 6th, 1893 to reduce the force. Reemployed as a new man July 16th, 1893. Discharged to reduce the force Feb. 15th, 1894. Dismissed from the service June 25, 1894 for refusing to go out on 1st 85, June 16th, with conductor Mankin, because Mankin had refused to take brakeman Shipley out.

Reemployed, age 27, married, no children, residence Disko, IN. Enters service as brakeman, June 7th, 1897. By order Supt. Coe., assigned the position of extra passenger brakeman, 09/01/1902. Promoted to regular passenger brakeman, 1903.
