Enters the service C&E as brakeman Sept. 17th, 1892. Age 30, married, one child, resides at Huntington, Ind. Pulled off to reduce the force May 3rd, 1893. Reemployed July 19th, 1893 at 10:30 a.m. and enters the service as a new man.

Discharged to reduce the force Feb. 10th, 1894. Reemployed June 26th, 1894. Suspended 10 days on account of No. 87 parting and colliding at Kankakee Oct. 11th, 1894. He was not watching train as he should. Took 30 day leave of absence Dec. 1st, 1894 to go into business for himself and did not resume work.
