J.D. FLANAGAN
Age 28, married, 2 children. Resides at Huntington. In case of injury notify John Flanagan, Espyville, OH. Formerly employed 2 years as extra fireman, laid off to reduce the force. Enters the serice as brakeman, March 5th, 1895.

Had his left foot cut off at 49th Street at 51st Street Yard trying to get on the pilot of engine 735, Dec. 31st, 1896. Company made settlement for the injury and will give him other work.
