Age 45, married, residence Marion, Ohio. Entered service Nov. 20th, 1890 as brakeman and switchman. In case of injury notify wife, Marion, Ohio. Formerly employed by (illegible) and recommended by Supt. Joseph Bruce. Promoted to regular run as passenger brakeman Nov. 20th, 1891.

On September 25, 1902, taken out of service as passenger brakeman because of age and would not keep himself neat and clean.
