Informed that he would be assessed 2/3 of $135 dollars damage done to engine 79 and cars in train of No. 84 at Clear Creek on Feb. 20, caused by his whistling off brakes before train 84 was in the clear and striking the side of train - File A218.

Suspended for 5 days for running recklessly through Marion Yard, damaging cars - report A43. Suspended 10 days from May 10th, 1891 for delaying silk train 25 minutes by falling asleep on siding and steam going down.
