Age 28, single, in case of injury notify Peter McNally, 10 Hamilton St., Cohoes, NY. Formerly employed by Chi. & Cal. Terminal Co. Recommended by ex-Supt. Johnson, Monadnock Bldg., Chicago. Enters service of the C&E as brakeman, July 9, 1892.

Responsible for damage to switch at North Judson, July 18th, 1892. Suspended 5 days from Aug. 2nd. Discharged May 6, 1893 to reduce the force.

Reemployed July 18th, 1893 and enters service as a new man. Suspended 10 days for allowing his train 87, Aug. 17th, 1893 to strike engine 317 at Hammond coal dock. Discharged Feb. 11th, 1894 to reduce the force. Re-employed May 2nd, 1894. Resigned August 31st, 1894.
