Suspended 5 days from April 27th, 1893 for failure to make proper delay reports to C&WI RR Co. Suspended 7 days for failure to fill out to a full train at North Judson on 1st 87, June 30, 1893.
Reprimanded for getting around late for 1st 85 at Huntington, Nov. 21st, 1893. Suspended 7 days from Dec. 3rd for failure to report himself clear, as per block signal rule 11A on arrival at Boone Grove on 3rd 86, Nov. 27, 1893, which caused a delay of 19 minutes to No. 1 and 18 minutes to No. 14. Reprimanded for using poor judgement doing work at Highlands on 1st 81, Sept. 27th, 1894, resulting in $12.85 damage to a car. Dismissed Jan. 6th, 1895 for failure to fill out to a full train at Hammond on No. 87, Jan. 4th, and for violation of Rule 202 at Chicago, Jan. 5th, 1895.
