Spradlin, thence with said line to the beginning. Said H.S. Spradlin is to pay $12.50 twelve Dollars and fifty cents to Rachel Adams, Martha Salyer and Harvey Spradlin ? divided equally - divided in thirds. Second - I will and bequeath to my daughter Mary Ellen Hitchcock the following Real Estate. Said Mary Ellen Hitchcock is to pay to Rachel Adams, Martha Salyer and Harvey Spradlin ? the sum of $40 to be equally divided in thirds. Third - I will and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Caudill the following described Real Estate. Beginning on lower end of Rockhouse near the Co. road above the mouth of Lick Branch running straight line across the road and branch to the mouth of small ? thence crossing the bottom and with the ? to foot of the hill thence up the ? to a black walnut near head of the ? thence a straight line to the black oak on Mary Ellen Hitchcock's line, thence down the point ? her line to the branch thence up the branch to opposite the beginning thence to beginning. Spradlin the following described Real Estate beginning on the lower end of Rockhouse the corner of Elizabeth Caudill, thence with said Elizabeth Caudill's line to M.E.
