The death certificate gives her as the widow of Isaac Leahair, whereas she was actually the widow of Daniel Leahair. Given the other evidence that this is the correct woman, I take this to be an error by the informant. Daniel had been dead nearly 26 years, and may well have been unknown to the informant.
