There should be nothing but the word "subscribe" in the body of either message (without the quote marks).
If you would like to unsubscribe, please follow the directions below.

If you want to change from list mode to digest mode or vice-versa, unsubscribe from your current mode then subscribe to your new mode per the instructions above.
