Inventory of Brick Chapel cemetery - Canton, NY

In June 2007, I visited Brick Chapel Cemetery in the town of Canton. The cemetery south of Canton on Route 27. It is on the West side of the road just after the intersection with County Route 25. I photographed and recorded the tombstones within the cemetery as well as I could. Below is the inventory I developed during that visit. When a picture is available, the name of the person will be 'clickable' to bring up the picture. NOTE: The only names recorded here are for people who had markers that I could find in the cemetery. It does not include any other people who might have been buried but for whom no marker could be found. All comments can be directed to Anne M. Cady

NOTE: To help in locating markers, I have broken this cemetery into seven sections. The section numbers are completely my own creation so don't confuse them with any REAL section numbers that the cemetery may use. Standing at the Chapel itself and looking down the road through the cemetery, Sections 1-3 are on the right with Section 1 closest to the chapel. Section 4-6 are on left with section 6 closest to the chapel. Section 7 is newer and is on the north side of the chapel (remainder of the cemetery is to the south of the chapel).
