NOTES: Lizzie was the daughter of Thomas Sullivan and Catherine Welsh and the sister of Catherine Sullivan McAdams. Lizzie and John had six children: John Jr., Frank, Charles, Thomas, Catherine, and Joe. Lizzie died on January 2, 1922 and was buried in her sister's plot, Section H-281, St. Mary's Cemetery, Penn Avenue, Lawrenceville [Pittsburgh], Pennsylvania.
