PERKINS list Brick Wall Pge 6

Bunch More Bricks

I am searching for ancestors of William Perkins born about 1770 in (supposedly) Lincoln county NC., died probably in the 1820s.
He married
Polly Ann Jenkins (Polly could be a nickname for Mary), and they lived most of their married like in Lincoln Co.  They had a large number of children, one being Hardin C. Perkins (my gggrandfather), b about 1812.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Dear Perkins web,      Added 11-7-99
I have been searching this for years. My ancestry does not
follow other Perkins lines. My Grandfather was
John J. (no
middle name) Perkins
born last of six children in 1868 in
Vinton County Ohio. His father was
David Henderson Perkins
born 1823 in Elk Township Vinton County Ohio. According to
related records, his father
Samuel Perkins was born in
Ireland and came to America as a young child. I have no more
information about him or his family.

David Henderson married Sarah Brown in Ohio about 1848. John J. married Mary Elizabeth Howell in 1892 and moved to
Saginaw Michigan in 1897 to work. His mother
Sarah (Brown)
Perkins
moved there later in life and died there in 1904.

Any information would help

Charles Perkins

Hi all !

I've been checking this and other sites for quite a while now and am pretty stumped. My great-grandfather
(William Perkins) emigrated from England to Australia (gold-rush ?) about 1835. He made a return trip to Ireland (?) and returned to Aus with his bride to be, one Rose Carr. The records show they were married there and had five children (my grandfather, Patrick, among them). They then emigrated to the US on or about
sometime between 1853 and 1865
. Family notes sat to Oakland, CA. Once in America, they had 3 more
children. I can find very little on them after that until their death in, I believe, 1918, in Everett, WA.
I see very few emails or listing from the west coast. Does anyone have any suggestions ?

Thanks in advance
