James Jefferson O'Quinn with his second wife Margaret Elizbeth Anglin (daughter of Adrian Anglin ) along with his children from his first marriage and James and Margaret's infant son. Margaret's children by her first husband, Richard Duty are living with her father and step-mother. They are listed several families away.

Adrian Anglin and his 2nd wife, Phebe Parker with his grandchildren, who were the children of Richard Duty and Margaret Elizbeth Anglin. The relationship of the Parker and Hammons children are unknown to me. Adrian and Phebe will be in Henderson County TX by 1860.

James Kuykendall (b: 1799), wife Dorcus Reynolds and their children. Two of their married sons follow them in the listing.

William J. Kuykendall, (b: 1828, son of James Kuykendall), wife Betty Jane (Coffman) and their son Lovel. I do not know how the 6 year old James or the Martin children fit in here. Elizabeth would not be old enough to have had 6 year old children.

James Jefferson LEWIS (b: abt 1824), his wife Lourani PRICE (daughter of Sterling Russell PRICE) and their young family. 1860 finds them still in Smith County TX.

Sterling Russell PRICE (b: 1804), with wife Alsista AUTREY and children. Sterling and Alsista can be found in 1860 in the Henderson County TX.

Andrew Venable (b: 1805) with his wife and some of their children.

William H. Ray (b: 1802), wife Nancy (Herring) and children. Next found in the 1860 Smith County TX census.

John Wells Robbins (b: 1824), his wife Frances Elizabeth Weaver (daughter of William Weaver) and their first two children. They are still in Smith County TX in 1860.

1850 ... TX ... Smith ... My Subdivision, Oct 28, line 29, 311/313:

Tignal PUGH (b: abt 1807), his wife Mary Polly CATLEDGE and all of their children, except Susanna (Pugh) Brown. Susanna is listed with her husband nearby. Tignal and Mary moved their family to Texas between February and November of 1850 from Winston County MS. Tignal died about 1857 or 1858. Mary and her children can be found next in the 1860 Van Zandt County TX census.

William T. Brown (b: abt 1829) with his wife, Susanna Pugh (daughter of Tignal PUGH). William and Susanna had married 3 years earlier in Winston County MS.

John Rankin Butler (b: 1820), wife Catherine Burt and the first of their children.

James William Venable (b: 1825), his wife Elizabeth Foreman and their first child. They are found again in the 1860 Smith County TX census.

Oliver Hazard Perry Venable (b: 1827), his wife Mary Ann Foreman and their first born who will be named Harvey. By 1860, Oliver and Mary Ann return with their family to St. Clair County AL.
