This cemetery was originally surveyed on the Guy Wooten farm, located in southeast Cooke County, east of Walling Cemetery.  Some 40 to 50 graves were found, mostly marked with sandstones.   Cattle had been allowed to roam through it and many markers were damaged or destroyed.   Later, with the construction of Lake Ray Roberts, a total of 111 graves were moved to Bloomfield -Jones Cemetery.  Of these, only the names below were identified.

The presence of this grave in this cemetery is an
indication of its age.   Mark Wideman sat on the first
grand jury in Cooke County in 1858.
