The Tie That Binds
Second Minutes Book of the Warrick County Orphans' Home Association pages 51 - 100
While reading these minutes, I was surprised to learn guardians could board their wards at the Orphans' Home. I did a search of the "History Record [second Orphans Home Register]" and did not find the Folsom children or Ulysses Boyer entered in the alphabetical register pages. I did find Ulysses Boyer noted on the last page of the register with the dates he was in residence. Jack Bohrer is listed in the "History Record [second Orphans Home Register]". The record of the History Record [second Orphans Home Register] states Jack Bohrer was sent to the Feeble Minded School in Fort Wayne, Indiana on 16 August 1916.
