Effie Mae Dellinger was born circa 1893 at
York Co., Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of
William Henry Dellinger and
Flora Ellen Blessing. Effie Mae Dellinger married
P. Curtis Laughman, son of
W.E. Laughman and
Mary Rickroth, on 30 June 1917 at
York Co., Pennsylvania; Wedding announcement for a 2 July 1917 York Co., Pennsylvania newspaper:
"LAUGHMAN - DELLINGER
P. Curtis Laughman and Miss Effie May Dellinger, both of this city, were married last evening by Rev. Daniel Hauser. The ceremony was performed in the parsonage, 804 West Poplar Street."
Effie Mae Dellinger died on 11 May 1921. She was New Tag Obituary from a 12 May 1921 York newspaper:
"MRS.EFFIE M. LAUGHMAN DIES LAST EVENING
Mrs. Effie May Laughman, 458 Juniper street, died last evening at 8:30 o'clock from a complication of diseases. She was aged 28 years and is survived by her husband, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William H. Dellinger; two sisters, Mrs. George Tracey and Mrs. Charles Weichert, and two brothers, Wilbur T. and Paul E. Dellinger, all of this city. Funeral Saturday at 2 p.m., Rev. J.H. Ness, officiating."
On 12 May 1921.
