Harry F. Dellinger was born on 17 January 1925 at
Hellam Twp., York Co., Pennsylvania. He was the son of
Franklin Benjamin "Frank" Dellinger and
Emma Jane Roth. Harry F. Dellinger died on 11 April 1996 at

WRIGHTSVILLE - Harry F. Dellinger, Sr., 71, of Wrightsville, died Thursday morning at Manor Care Kingston Court. He was the husband of Marion L. (Bupp) Dellinger.
The service will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Etzweiler Funeral Home Inc., 700 Hellam St., Wrightsville. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Wrightsville, with military rites by Abel-Poff-Leithiser American Legion Post 469 Honor Guard. Viewing will be 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Mr. Dellinger was born Jan. 17, 1925, in Hellam Township. He was the son of the late Benjamin Franklin "Frank" and Emma Jane (Rhodes) Dellinger.
He was a service station attendant for the former Paul Strickler Service and the former George Sanger's Service Station, and was an inspector for Campbell Chain Co. before he retired. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, where he served in the European Theater and received the Purple Heart. He was a member of Abel-Poff-Leithiser American Post 469 in Wrightsville.
Mr. Dellinger also is survived by a son, Harry F. Dellinger, Jr. of Wrightsville; three daughters, Bonnie L. Clayton of Mount Wolf, Nancy I. Dellinger of Lancaster and Jeanne M. Ilgenfritz of York; two granddaughters; and a sister, Sarah Zorbaugh of Thomasville.
Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Michael P. Bahn, chaplain at Manor Care Kingston Court." On 12 April 1996 at
