Percy was born on 28 January 1890. He was the son of
William Webster Dellinger and
Ellen Jane Shearer. He married
Daisy Sechrist at
York, York Co., Pennsylvania, on 4 April 1915. Percy Clyde Dellinger died on 24 October 1933 at
York, York Co., Pennsylvania, at age 43. He was New Tag Obituary from a 25 October 1933 York, Pennsylvania newspaper:
"Percy Clarence Dellinger
Percy Clarence Dellinger, forty-three years old, died at 7 o'clock last evening at the residence of his brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. C.W. Rhine, 313 South Beaver street, from a complication of diseases following a brief illness.
Mr. Dellinger is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Rhine, with whom he resided, and Miss Bessie Dellinger, 500 South Queen street. The funeral arrangements have not been completed."

"DELLINGER - On Oct. 24, 1933, at 7 p.m., at his brother-in-law and sister's residence, Mr. and Mrs. C.W. Rhine, 813 South Beaver street, Percy Clyde Dellinger, aged 43 years, 8 months and 26 days.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services on Friday afternoon, October 27, at the home at 2 o'clock. Interment in Greenmount cemetery."

Rev. J. Willard Krecker, pastor of Christ Evangelical church, officiated. The pallbearers were members of the Rescue Fire company. Interment was made in Greenmount cemetery."
