Richard H. Dellinger was born on 17 December 1919 at
York, York Co., Pennsylvania. He was the son of
John H. Dellinger and
Cora Sechrist. Richard H. Dellinger died on 9 August 1985 at
Veterans Administation Hospital, Wilmington, New Castle Co., Delaware, at age 65. He was New Tag Obituary from the Saturday August 10, 1985 York Dispatch:

Richard H. Dellinger, 65, of 1107 Topper St., died Friday morning at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Wilmington, Del.
He was the husband of Dorothy V. Stambaugh Dellinger.
Mr. Dellinger was born in York, and was the son of the late John H. and Cora M. Sechrist Dellinger.
He was a floor man at the time of his retirement form New York Wire Cloth Co., where he worked 35 years. He was a member of Zion United Church of Christ and served in the Army in the Pacific Theater during World War II.
Mr. Dellinger was also associated with Boy Scout Troop 18 and Cub Pack 18.
Survivors include:
Two children - Carolyn L. Repke, Hallam, and James M. Dellinger, 996 Lancaster Ave.
The grandsons.
A brother - John W. Dellinger, Elmwood.
A sister - Phyllis Anderson, Dallastown.
Viewing will be 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the William J. Workinger Funeral Home Inc., 849 E. Market St.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. The Rev. William A. Speers, his pastor, will officiate.
Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
