Tammy J. Dellinger, 40, formerly of Red Lion, entered into rest at 9:51 a.m. Wednesday, May 3, 2006, at York Hospital, as a result of complications from a motorcycle accident. She was born in York on May 21, 1965, and was the daughter of Allen E. 'Dickie' and Judy L. (Grothe) Dellinger of Red Lion. Tammy was an advertising agent working for 10 years with the former James Photo Art in York; for five years as a production manager with the Barry Group in York; and currently for six years with Havrilla Corrigan Advertising in Lancaster. She was a 25 year member of Grace Lutheran Church in Red Lion, and was an avid fan of the band, 'Great Train Robbery'. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two brothers, Edward A. Dellinger and Matthew M. Dellinger, both of Red Lion; one sister, Melisa L. Dellinger of Windsor; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Lucille Dellinger Miller of Manchester; greataunt, Marge Gouker of York; numerous aunts and uncles; one nephew and four nieces, Andrew, Nicole, Jenah, Alisyn, and Kayde; and her best buddy, Paula Shaffer of East Berlin. Viewings will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday, May 7, 2006, at Burg Funeral Home, Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. The service will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with her pastor, the Rev. Anne-Rose Reeves, officiating. Burial will be in Zion UM Cemetery on Felton Road.
