     John Wesley Flory was born on 1 August 1855. He was the son of (?) Flory. John Wesley Flory died on 5 August 1937 at Dallastown, York Co., Pennsylvania, at age 82. He was New Tag Obituary from a July 1937 York newspaper:

"JOHN FLORY DIES AT DALLASTOWN

Dallastown, Aug 5- John Wesley Flory died at 9:45 o'clock tonight, at the home of his niece and nephew, Miss Grace and Edgar Flory, 24 Franklin street, this place. Death was caused by a heart attack. Mr. Flory had been ill for the past seven years, although he had not been bedfast all that time. He was aged 82 years and four days.

He is survived by two brothers, William Flory, York; Levi F. Flory, Wrightsville; one sister, Euphemia Flory, Shrewsbury; three grandchildren, Mrs. Alverna Dellinger, this place; Mrs. Sarah Hanford, York and Mrs. Mary Eaton, York.

Funeral services will be held at the late home, Monday afternoon, at 2 o'clock, with Rev. B.D. Rojahn, pastor of the Spry United Brethren church officiating. Burial will be made in the Union cemetery, this place. Funeral Director Purd Riedel, this place, has charge of arrangements."
In August 1937 at York Co., Pennsylvania.
