After the death of her husband, Rosanna moved with her children from South Carolina to Mississippi.. Rosanna died on 4 January 1852. Her body was interred in January 1852 at Cayce, Marshall Co., Mississippi, at Mt. Carmel ARP Cemetery.

Rosanna died on 25 August 1857 at Monroe Co., Indiana. Her body was interred in August 1857 at Bloomington, Monroe Co., Indiana, at United Presbyterian Cemetery.2 Rosanna was listed as a household member living with John Johnston Woodburn in the 1860 Census at Perry Twp., Monroe Co., Indiana.

He was census 1840 in 1840 at Monroe Co., Indiana; The following family is found in the 1840 Monroe Co., Indiana census with Samuel Harbison listed as the head of household:
