Henry Ivan "Jack" moved from MO to Lambert MT before 1910. He homesteaded then he owned two livery stables one in Lambert and one in Savage. John started to school in Lambert then his mother and dad divorced. Jack took John and Ambie to Portland to live with grandparents (John Alexander). The mother kept the two youngest children and Patricia was born afterword. John went to school in Portland then their dad came and took them back to Lambert. "Jack" married Marie Migneault in Lambert then they moved to Alberta. "Jack" freighted with horses and marie ran a cafe. They moved to Shelby MT in 1923 after the big fight. "Jack" bought one of the many flop houses and started the Central Hotel which Marie ran and he started a grocery store which he ran until his death. (see more - John Horner (son)). He married

Henry was born at
Elmo, Nodaway Co., Missouri, on 8 September 1885. He was the son of
John Alexander Horner and
Luella Snider. He married
Ethel Lillian Porter at
Lambert, Richland Co., Montana, in 1910. Henry died on 6 January 1942 at
Shelby, Toole Co., Montana, at age 56. His body was interred in January 1942 at
Shelby, Toole Co., Montana.
