Charles S. "Dut" Kling Sr. was born in 1918 at

"Windsor - Charles S. 'Dut' Klling Sr., 74, of Windsor RD 2, died at 9:15 a.m. Friday at his home. He was the husband of the late Emma C. (Smith) Kling.
The service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Burg Funeral Home Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery. Viewing will be 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday to the funeral home.
Mr. Kling was born in York. He was the son of the late Laura E. (Graham) and Raymond G. Kling Sr.
He was a retired maintenance employee of AMF and for he past 10 to 15 years he was an antiques dealer at flea markets. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Bittersville United Methodist Church, the Red Lion American Legion Post 543 and the Red Lion Athletic Association.
Mr. Kling is survived by three sons, Robert Allen King of Columbia, Michael E. Kling and Charles S. Kling Jr., both of Windsor RD 2; a daughter, Trina S. Kling of Windsor RD 2; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four brothers, Raymond G. Kling Jr. of Wellsville, Earl Kling of Windsor, Lloyd 'Johnny' Kling of Columbia, and George 'Jimmy' Kling of York; five sisters, Sarah Miller and Beverly Gibbs, both of York, Rosetta Richardson of Airville, Phyllis Dellinger of Windsor, and Geraldine Smeltzer of Red Lion.
Officiating at the service will be his pastor, the Rev. Arthur F. Edmunds.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Red Lion Visiting Nurse Association, 2 N. Charles St., Red Lion, 17356." On 21 November 1992.
