"DELLINGER - On Jan. 18, 1919, at 4 a.m. at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Oscar Thomas, Lower Windsor township, near Delroy, Leah Dellinger, widow of Barton Dellinger, age 71 years, 3 months and 19 days.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Sunday, Jan. 19, at 9:30 a.m. at the residence of her son, Paul Dellinger, Lower Windsor township, near Wrightsville. Concluding services in the United Evangelical church at East Prospect. Interment in East Prospect cemetery."
In January 1919. Her body was interred on 21 January 1919 at East Prospect, York Co., Pennsylvania, at East Prospect Cemetery. Funeral announcement from a 22 Jan. 1919 York, Pennsylvania newspaper:

"The funeral of Mrs. Barton Dellinger was held in the United Evangelical church here yesterday morning. The sermon was preached by Rev. Mr. Rohrbaugh, of Craleyville, followed by Rev. J.W. Walz. Interment was made in East Prospect cemetery."
