She married Jacob Dellinger at York, York Co., Pennsylvania, on 15 January 1884. Sarah died on 11 October 1898 at York Co., Pennsylvania, at age 45. Her body was interred in October 1898 at Conewago Twp., York Co., Pennsylvania, at Quickel's Lutheran Church Cemetery.
