IS TAKEN BY DEATH
Craley, Aug. 30 - Franklin Peter Liephart died at his home at his place, on Sunday morning at 1:35 o'clock of a complication of diseases. He was aged 60 years, three months and 15 days. Surviving is his widow, Mrs. Fannie I. Liephart and children H. Stewart Liephart, Red Lion; Mrs. David D. Jones, Craley; Elsie and Ruth, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Jacob Dellinger and Mrs. Susan Ellis, Wrightsville R.D. 1, and also six grandchildren, Howard and Russell Liephart, Miles, Ray, Miriam and Ruth Jones.
Mr. Liephart was a cigar maker by trade and was a member of the P.O.S. of A. camp No 401 at Craley and of the order of Odd Fellows at East Prospect. He had been a member of St. Paul's Evangelical church here for 20 years.
The funeral will be held Tuesday ata 2 p.m. (DST) at the late home with further and concluding services in St. Paul's Evangelical church. Interment will be made in the cemetery adjoining the church. The pastor Rev. I.C. Fuhrman, will be the officiating minister. The body maay be viewed Monday evening from 7 to 9 o'clock daylight savings time. Funeral Director Earl B. Burz of Zarfos and Burg, Red Lion will be in charge of funeral arrangements."
