Settled on a 280 acre land grant from King George III of England, on the south fork of Fishing Creek in Craven District, now Chester Co., South Carolina. ESTATE: Robert Millen, 43 -677 Chester Co., South Carolina Administrators: John Millen and William Millen 6 June 1806 Bond: John Millen, Wm. Millen, John Mills and Hugh Kelsey.

Coleraine, Co. Antrim, Ireland, in 1746. He married
Margaret Elisabeth Wilson before 1776. Robert died on 29 April 1806 at
Chester Co., South Carolina. His body was interred in 1806 at
Chester Co., South Carolina, at Fishing Creek Presbyterian Cemetery.
