Martha was born at
Seitzland, York Co., Pennsylvania, on 31 December 1921. She was the daughter of
Charles Bailey and
Emma (?). She married
Emory Spurgen Dellinger at
West Liberty, Maryland, on 16 April 1943. Martha died on 3 November 1995 at
Stewartstown, York Co., Pennsylvania, at age 73. She was New Tag Obituary from the 4 November 1995 York Daily Record:

STEWARTSTOWN - Martha Ruth Dellinger, 73, of College Avenue, Stewartstown, died at 12:08 p.m. Friday at York Hospital. She was the wife of Emory S. Dellinger.
The service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Stewartstown United Methodist Church, 26 S. Main St., Stewartstown. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, 19 S. Main St., Stewartstown.
Mrs. Dellinger was born Dec. 31, 1921, in Seitzland. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Emma (Crawford) Bailey.
She was a seamstress for the former Stewartstown Manufacturing Co. and the former Glen Rock Enterprises. She was a member of Stewartstown United Methodist Church, where she was a choir member most of her life, a former seventh grade Sunday School teacher and a member of United Methodist Women. She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary Post 455 Stewartstown.
Mrs. Dellinger also is survived by two sons, David A. Dellinger of Stewartstown and Jack Dellinger of York; three grandchildren; two brothers, Paul Bailey of Glen Rock RD 1 and Tom Bailey of Glen Rock; two sisters, May Allison of York and Virginia Apps of Jarrettsville, Md.
Officiating at the service will be her pastor, the Rev. James M. Dodson, and the Rev. Dr. G. Edwin Seiders, former pastor of Stewartstown United Methodist Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to VNA Home Hospice, 218 E. Market St., York, 17403."
