Philip Miller b. New Cornwall, NY, 1777; gravestone at Wallkill Cemetery, Philipsburgh, NY. Philip was born at New Cornwall, New York, in 1777. He married Margaret Moffat on 1 March 1806. Philip died on 16 September 1837 at Wallkill, Orange Co., New York.
