Accordng to Adda Wilson in "The Wilson Genealogy" Eliza Moffatt married Samuel Wier.

This needs to be investigated more thoroughly. Eliza was born at South Carolina circa 1820. She was the daughter of David Moffett and Mary "Mollie" Strong. She married Samuel Cullen Harbison before 1840. Eliza was listed as a household member living with Samuel Cullen Harbison on the 1850 Census at Richland Twp., Monroe Co., Indiana. Eliza was listed as a household member living with Samuel Cullen Harbison in the 1860 Census at Perry Twp., Monroe Co., Indiana.
