"MRS. HENRY BLOUSE EXPIRES AT WINDSOR OF COMPLICATIONS

Windsor, April 17 - Mrs. Elizabeth Blouse, wife of Henry Blouse, died at 2 o'clock Saturday at her home on West High street, from a complication of diseases. She was 71 years and 21 days old and besides her husband, leaves the following sons and daughters: Mrs. John Murphy, William Blouse and Mrs. Henry Smith, York; Harry Blouse, Allentown; George Blouse, this place; Samuel Blouse, York, and Caster Blouse, this place. She also leaves four sisters, Mrs. Sophia Barshinger, Red Lion; Mrs. Henry Fauth, York; Mrs. Joseph Dellinger, High Mount, and Mrs. Frank Ferree, Red Lion, and one brother, Benjamin Barshinger, Wrightsville. Twenty-eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren also survived. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Brief services will be held at the Blouse residence, after which the cortege will proceed to Emmanuel Evangelical church, where further and concluding services will be conducted by the pastor, Rev. D.W. Stock. Burial in the Windsor Union cemetery. The funeral is in charge of Funeral Director Furnace B. Olewiler, Red Lion."

"Sophia Barshinger Dies

Following an illness of several months, due to complications of diseases, Sophia Barshinger died at 6:45 o'clock this morning at the home of a son, Charles A. Burke, 31 East Gay street. She was aged 69 years, ten months and 25 days.

She is survived by one son, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Joseph Dellinger, Highmount; Benjamin Barshinger, Hallam; Mrs. Frank Ferree, this place, and Mrs. Amanda Fauth, York. Six grandchildren also survive.

Short funeral services will be held at the house at 1 p.m. Tuesday, after which the funeral cortege will proceed to St. Paul's Evangelical church for further services. The pastor, Rev. Edward C. Basom, will officiate. Burial will be in Canadochly cemetery. The body may be viewed Monday evening from 7 to 9 o'clock. Funeral Director Furnance B. Olewiler is in charge of arrangements." On 4 June 1928 at York Co., Pennsylvania. She died on 4 June 1928 at York, York Co., Pennsylvania, at age 69. She was buried on 5 June 1928 at Canadochly Cemetery, Lower Windsor Twp., York Co., Pennsylvania.
