Alice was born at
Pennsylvania on 21 April 1876. She was the daughter of
Franklin Barton and
L. Jane McGuigan. She married
Albert Valentine Dellinger at
York Co., Pennsylvania, on 24 April 1902. Alice died on 24 January 1923 at
York Co., Pennsylvania, at age 46. She was New Tag Obituary from a York, Pennsylvania newspaper:
"DELLINGER - On January 24, 1923, at 9 a.m. at her residence on North George street, extended, Alice, wife of Albert Dellinger, age 46 years, 9 months and 3 days.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services are invited to attend the funeral services at the house on Friday, January 26, at 2 p.m. Interment in Prospect Hill cemetery."

"Mrs. Albert V. Dellinger
Mrs. Albert V. Dellinger, who was Miss Alice A. Barton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Barton, died yesterday morning at 2 o'clock at her home, North George street extended. Death was due to pneumonia. She was 46 years old and leaves her husband, Albert V. Dellinger; two sons, Lloyd A., and Edward B; two daughters, Mary Jane and Alice M., all at home. Services will be held at the home tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. E.C. Ruby, pastor of St. Peter's Lutheran church, will officiate. Interment will be made in Prospect Hill cemetery."

Services were conducted over the body by Rev. E.C. Ruby, pastor of St. Peter's Lutheran church. Interment was made in Prospect Hill Cemetery."
