Esta Louise Shellenberger was born on 20 November 1907 at
York Co., Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of
William R. Shellenberger and
Elsie J. Cully. Esta Louise Shellenberger married
Morgan G. Dellinger, son of
Benjamin Franklin Dellinger and
Susan Shepp, on 25 February 1928 at
York Co., Pennsylvania; Wedding announcement from a 27 February 1928 York newspaper:

Morgan G. Dellinger, son of Mr. and Mrs. B.F. Dellinger, 249 East Philadelphia street, and Miss Esta L. Shellenberger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William R. Shellenberger, 719 Wallace street, were married at 6 o'clock Saturday evening.
The ceremony was performed by Rev. W. Sherman Kershner, pastor Heidelberg Reformed church, at the home of the bride's parents. The ring ceremony was used.
After the ceremony a supper was served to the immediate families. Mr. and Mrs. Dellinger will live at 710 Wallace street, after a short wedding trip."
Esta Louise Shellenberger died on 6 August 1986 at

Mrs. Esta L. Dellinger, 78, formerly of York RD 12, died at 7:59 p.m. Wednesday at Manor Care Barley Kingston Court.
She was the wife of the late Morgan G. Dellinger.
Mrs. Dellinger had formerly resided with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin E. Fauth.
Mrs. Dellinger was born in York County and was the daughter of the late William R. and Elsie J. Cully Shellenberger.
She was a former custodian at St. John Lutheran Church (Missouri Synod) School for seven years. She was a member of Canadochly United Church of Christ and its Seniors Group, and was a Comrade of the Bible Class of the Sunday school.
Mrs. Dellinger was also a member of East York Chapter 2322 American Association of Retired Persons.
Survivors include:
A daughter - Mrs. Jane E. Nelson, Denver, Colo.
Four sons - Morgan G. Dellinger, Jr., Thornville, Ohio; Richard F. Dellinger, Red Lion; William B. Dellinger, Dover; and Robert E. Dellinger, Darien, Ga.
Twenty-three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Wm. J. Workinger Funeral Home Inc., 849 E. Market St. and at 9 a.m. at Candochly United Church of Christ.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Canadochly Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Alfred G. Sandrock, pastor of Locust Grove United Church of Christ, and the Rev. Charles F. Glass, retired United Church of Christ minister and Mrs. Dellinger's former pastor. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Funeral services at 10 a.m. Saturday at Canadochly UCC, York RD 12.
Interment in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Viewing Friday 7-9 p.m. from the Wm. J. Workinger Funeral Home, Inc., 849 E. Market St. & Saturday 1 hour prior to service at the church.
