"Mrs. Mary E. Yarling Bolin
Mrs. Mary E.Yarling Bolin, 90, died at 2 a. m. today [May 10, 1949] in the Kelly hospital at Argos, where she had been taken Saturday, April 30, from her home three miles east of Argos after suffering a broken hip in a fall.
She was born in Madison County, Ind. On Feb. 10, 1859, and had lived in the Argos community for the last 30 years, coming there from Warsaw [Indiana]. Her parents were LeRoy and Harriet Williams. She was married Feb. 8, 1877, to Henry Yarling, who died in 1922. Later she married James Bolin who preceded her in death several years ago. She was a member of the Christian church in New Lancaster, Ind.
Surviving are three daughters: Mrs. John Hartley, of Noblesvillle, [Indiana]; Mrs. Lulu Queen of Kansas City, Mo. ; and Mrs. Jesse Warner, of Elwood; one brother, Cash Williams, of Kankakee, Ill; 12 grand children; 17 great grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren.
The body has been removed to the Grossman Funeral home, where services will be conducted at 10:30 a. m., Thursday, [May 12th,] DST. by the Rev. Kenneth Long, of the Walnut Church of the Brethren. Burial will be in the Maple Grove cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home at any time until the time of the funeral."
On 10 May 1949 at
Plymouth, Marshall Co., Indiana. She died on 10 May 1949 at
Kelly Hospital, Argos, Marshall Co., Indiana, at age 90. She was buried on 12 May 1949 at
Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos, Marshall Co., Indiana.
