I, Joshua Fielden of Swineshead in Langfield, clothier, considering my own mortality, do make this my last will and testament.
My wife Mary Fielden, to have £10 worth of goods for her life, to be returned to my three daughters at her death.
To daughters Mary and Grace £90 in lieu of what my daughter Judith hath already received.
I have made myself debtor to certain legacies in my sister Susanna Fielden's will and in my sister Judith Greenwood's will, which amount to £70, which I charge my estate with.
I give to my sister Susanna Fielden, £6-10s per annum for life, and also a legacy of two guineas.
To Elizabeth Sutcliffe of Carrhouse, two guineas
To Anthony Dixon of Carrhouse £2-2s.
Remainder to my three daughters, Judith, Mary and Grace.
Title of dower saved to my wife Mary.
Executors, Samuel Barnes, my son in law, of Todmorden, shopkeeper and Anthony Dixon of Carrhouse, county York, husbandman
