Road from and including Paul Webb’s house to Betts Lane, together with Park
View, the Red House, the Folly, Mount Pleasant, Jubilee Row, Lake Lane,
Woodbine Cottages, Old Brickyard, Watkins Cottage and the Hamlet of Wood
Burcot.
(includes the east side of the

that part of the
parish of Towcester which lies on the South West side of the West Chester
Turnpike Road from Little London to Curral’s House at the corner of Sawpit Lane
(both inclusive) with Puddle Dock

of Sawpit Lane, together with the new cottages lately belonging to Lord
Pomfret. Also

south east side of Park Street, Ridgways Cottages on the West side of the Turnpike
Road, the whole of Kings Lane, the whole of the North West side of Park Street,

Tranters Row and Police Station, also the Handleys, Kingsmoor, Costwell, Inn’s
farm house, the Delf and the first and second Toll Gates up the Brackley Road
