Molsheim is an arrondissement of France, located in the Bas-Rhin département, in the Alsace région. It has 5 cantons and 69 communes.
On 4 March 1790 with the founding of the Bas-Rhin
region of the present-day districts then "districts" Schlettstadt
Strasbourg and catalogued. Es wurde mit der Gründung der
Arrondissements am 17. Februar 1800 in den neuen Arrondissements
Strasbourg, Barr (ab 10. Februar 1806 Schlettstadt) und Saint-Dié im

It was with the creation of the districts on 17 February 1800 in the new
districts Strasbourg, Barr (as of February 10, 1806 Schlettstadt) and
Saint-Dié of the Vosges department.
Seit 18. Mai 1871 wurde das Gebiet als
"Kreis Molsheim" im "Bezirk Unterelsass" im " Reichsland Elsass-Lothringen
" erstmals eingerichtet. Since May 18, 1871,
the area was a "circle Molsheim" in the "sub-district
Alsace" in the

country Alsace-Lorraine" for the first time. Der Kreis umfasste damals 740 km²
und hatte (1885) 69.328 Einwohner. The circle was comprised
740 square kilometres and had (1885) 69,328 inhabitants. Das
Arrondissement wurde im Zuge der Wiedereingliederung des Elsass nach
Frankreich am 28. Juni 1919 ( Vertrag von
Versailles ) gegründet. The Arrondissement has
been in the reintegration of Alsace in France on June 28, 1919 (Treaty
of Versailles).

in Sarrebourg
Moselle department, also in Lorraine.

The community of Belmont
was merged in 1974 with Bellefosse, Fouday and Waldersbach to form
the community of Le Ban-de-la-Roche, and were subsequently re-established as
independent communities. Belmont has
also been known as Bellmann, Bellemont, and Schoenberg.

In 1790 the
population was 400 in 1990 this had
dropped to137. The vast majority of
the people are Lutheran. The City Hall is located at Mairie, 30 rue
Principale, 67130 Belmont.

|
Neuviller or Neuweyler means the new
hamlet. The village was called
Nuwilr or Newilr up to about 1450, documents show that it was referred to
as Neuweyler in 1581 and Newiller in 1632. Jusqu'à la Renaissance, la commune est liée au Ban de la
Roche.
Until the Renaissance, the town is
linked to Ban de la Roche. Elle
est, en effet, la prop^riété des seigneurs Ratsamhausen zum Stein, qui, à
la suite de divers problèmes, vendent le comté aux Veldence en 1580.
It was originally the property of the lords Ratsamhausen zum Stein, who as

1719 after his marriage to Odille Verly.
It was here that their son Jacob Christman, the immigrant, was born
in 1720.

The name
of Solbach comes from the German words Sol, salted, and Bach,
stream. Solbach, a part of Ban de la
Roche, is located in a valley parallel to that of Schirgoutte (which crosses
Waldersbach). Selon la légende, le
