Note 1. Frequency of publication was predominantly quarterly, with these exceptions: 1895: 8 issues; 1896: 12 issues; 1902: 8 issues. Beginning ca. 1940 until 1949: 1 issue per year. Note 2. There are 55 distinct numbers in the list above. An approximate figure for the total number of issues in its 55 years of publication is 205. Note 3. If one removes the Liverpool numbers from the list, one can see that, until about 1930, there are few issues in public collections : an 1895, 1898, a 1900, 1913, 1924, 1927. Furthermore they are difficult to access with the possible exception of the 1895, which is becoming somewhat widely available in Canada in university libraries, on CIHM reproduction microform.
