Image 2 - The fartest building is the refuge. It has a large red wooden
board stating it is the salvation army mens hostel, but when my dad removed
the board it had written behind it boys and girls refuge. You can't see how
far back the building goes, but it is twice as long in length. The top two
floors contained all large dormitories with the top floor also containing a
chapel with stained glass windows.(Joy Pocock)
