Evidently it was listing the names of men from towns throughout the county of Steuben, turning in expenses.It list (partially) audits by the Steuben Co. in 1849 by Town Board auditors. H H.Hull, clerk
It has columns; claimed, Allowed, Town in County.

Only the names will be listed as the amounts will be of no value in genalogy but the names in the area will.

Part of the column is missing prior to Bradford. In checking the gazateer of NY there are only two alphabet town ahead of Bradford, Addison and Bath. Chances are the beginning of this unknown column is Bath.
